Participation in the workshop "IT audits - Developments and Challenges"
The Workshop on Information Technology Audits - Developments and Challenges was held in Priština from 29 to 30 May 2025, organized by the State Audit Office of the Republic of Kosovo.
The event brought together representatives of supreme audit institutions who, with their participation and experience, contributed to a quality exchange of ideas and strengthening of professional ties in the field of IT audits. Representatives of the State Audit Office of the Republic of Croatia also participated in the Workshop.
The main topics of the Workshop related to the experiences and challenges in the establishment of public sector IT audits within the supreme audit institutions and the impact of new technologies, digital transformation, cyber security and artificial intelligence development on the implementation of public sector IT audits. The aim of the workshop was to stimulate the exchange of knowledge and to improve regional and international cooperation in the field of public sector IT audits. Participants discussed key challenges in this area, with particular emphasis on development directions, application of best practices and strengthening institutional capacities.
